Here in Psalm 107:20, the Word of God is a delivering word and a word of healing. The verse points to Christ being sent as The Word. In Isaiah 55:11 God says the word comes from His mouth, and is sent to do what God pleases. The Word shall accomplish that for which it was sent it will not fail or return void, it shall prosper. The Word of God is not comprised of just words, they are magnified words, magnified by the Spirit of God. The Lord God set His Word above His name (Psalm 138:2) because He is not a man that He should lie. (Numbers 23:19). 
I pray in Jesus’ name that you will be healed, delivered and defended, spiritually revived and satisfied by the Word of God, as His Word is truth. Amen.
