This world is filled with problems, sickness, ups, downs, trials, incidents, accident, we describe them as troubles, but even when these situations knock us down, God is with us, exactly where He said He would be when we are in trouble. Scripture tells us that God takes the trouble, and with it makes a way for us to escape. Scripture also encourages that the sufferings of this world are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us (Rom 8:18).

God uses troubles to shape us not destroy us but we sometimes draw back because we are troubled on every side. Yet scripture tells us: to think of it as joy when we fall into diverse temptations (James 1:2) to “rejoice in hope of the glory of God” (Rom 5:2) “And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:” (Rom 5:3-4). This hope along with God’s deliverance, gives us reason to rejoice because even though the righteous experience many afflictions, God delivers out of them all (Psa 34:19) Hallelujah! And, “If God be for us, who can be against us? (Rom 8:31). Glory to God! My encouragement to us, is to “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say rejoice”. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
