“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds” (Heb  12:2-3).
Father, we thank You for sending Your Son into this world to save us from our sin, and reconcile us to You. “Who for the joy that was set before Him, endured the cross”, for us. Hallelujah, glory to God. I pray in the name of Jesus, that we will all endure the conflicts and contradictions, the hate and the evil speaking, as Christ gave everything for our sakes. I pray we continue to speak Your truth, O God, in spite of the ridicule, the abuse and gnashing on our backs. I pray for increased faith, so  that our lives demonstrate the mind of Christ operating in and through us. I pray we look to Jesus and walk in victory, “pressing toward for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” (Phi 3:14). Hallelujah! we can make it through Christ who is our hope; “the author and finisher of our faith.” All glory to God our Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Forever Amen.
