Our Lord, God and Father, hallowed be Thy name.

Father God, wants us to be honest in our thoughts and actions. His Word says, Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom (Psa 51:6 KJVLite). And if we are to please God, we must live honestly by obeying His Word – by keeping His commandments.  Let’s avoid the fate if Ananias and Sapphira who lied to the Holy Spirit. Instead, put the Word of God on the inside it will flush out sinful thoughts, unforgiveness, envy, jealousy, hate, gossip and so much more. The Word of God washes, it cleanses and makes pure as only it can. 

Father God, I need the healing, cleansing of Your Word and Spirit, and I humbly pray according to Your Word, from a broken and contrite heart which You will not despise (Psa 51:17). Help me to live Your Word, O God, reconciled in thought and spirit. Make me wise and understanding. Glory Hallelujah! to Your holy name. Amen.
