And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the Lord God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord. (1 Chr 28:20 KJVLite). These scriptures were spoken by the King to his son to encourage him to be strong. 

I speak these words to encourage you to be strong, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, knowing it is God who stands with you and fights your battles for you. I encourage you to be strong at your workplace, do not be afraid of false accusers, those that collude against you or try to undermine your authority or employment status. Be strong and courageous when you speak the Word of God, when you testify of His goodness, and when you share the gospel of Jesus Christ. Rejoice that you have opportunity, it is the trial of your faith but it is Jehovah God, who fights for you.

Be encouraged brethren, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
