Father in heaven, forgive us our trespasses. For all have sinned and fallen short of your glory. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us, (1Joh 1:8). Therefore, Father, wash us, and cleanse us, from all unrighteousness. Forgive us, for not studying Your Word to show ourselves approved (2 Tim 2:15). Forgive us for not acknowledging You in all of our ways and for leaning to our own understanding (Pro 3:5). Forgive us for not seeking Your guidance through prayer, (Phi 4:6) and for being proud. Forgive us for elevating our positions, material possessions, people, alliances and relationships above You. Father forgive us for not repenting always.

Forgive us all for not seeking first Your kingdom (Mat 6:33) and for not being faithful stewards over the resources which You have given. Lord, as Your word says in Psalm 51:10 “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Father, let this be a reality for each one of us, Your children. Lord, remind us of the people we need to forgive and help us to forgive them (Mat 6:12) by Your Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

May God cause His face to shine upon you and give you peace. Amen.
