“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things” (Philippians 4:8 KJVLite).

Father God, give me a compassionate heart for people who are homeless, jobless, lonely, bereaved, orphaned or imprisoned. Knowing that it is by Your grace that I am saved, I pray for improved circumstances and hope in Christ Jesus. Father God, intervene in families where children and women are being abused, protect children in care, help husbands and fathers to train up their sons in the way they should go… deliver mothers in labour and childbirth safely; send complete healing from diseases; Lord, send Your healing peace and reconciliation to every family experiencing breakdowns and misunderstanding, and help us to forgive each other and love as You have loved us, in Jesus’ name. 

Father, by Your Holy Spirit, I decree and declare: love and security, peace and happiness, joy and prosperity in the homes of Your people who serve You unreservedly. I give You thanks, Lord, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
