The Bible declares that in the last days perilous times will come, they will come not because God ushers them in but because peoples evil ways have resisted the ways and truth of God, as did the serpent in Gen 3:4-5. And so today the earth is filled with the ways people choose instead of the ways of God. Therefore, evil will come because people embrace it rather than resist it. James 4:7 says, “resist the devil and he shall flee.” If evil is resisted constantly and persistently with the truth of God, it will be diminished and a time of peace and love will come in Jesus’ name. I pray, in the name of Jesus, for all God’s servants to resist the devil that he will flee f rom us.
