In the glory of His presence we find strength, courage and peace. We are called out to follow Christ, to walk in the Spirit; to shine as lights among a wicked and perverse generation (Phil 2:15) to be the godly example for the world to follow. 1Peter 4:18 asks: And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

The Apostle Paul said “follow me as I follow Christ”. He was fully persuaded and had every confidence in Jesus Christ the son of God and that nothing can separate him from His love. Can we say the same? It is for me to ask myself and everyone else to do likewise. We have no alternative, if God be God to you – serve Him. 

We as individuals must work out our own salvation with fear and trembling (Phil 2:12) not being afraid of life’s exigencies but truly believing that Yahweh the God we serve is the only true and living God, the only wise, through whom we have eternal life. For whosover shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13 KJVLite). But, how will they know about the name of the Lord and His word? Where will their faith come from? It is incumbent upon all Christian believers along with preachers to tell our families, friends, neighbours and world about the Lord Yahweh – now – today, to speak His glorious Name with confidence – now – today, Call upon the name of the Lord God of heaven – now – today,  in Jesus’ name.
