We Have The Victory
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1Cor 15:57). Amen.
The devil our enemy is a thief and scripture tells us that: the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus Christ came that we might have life and have life more abundantly (John 10:10). Sin blinds people from the truth, but since Jesus came to open the eyes of the blind both spiritually and physically (Isa 42:7; 2Kin 6:17; Isa 35:5) we have victory. The enemy is a devious liar and people believe the lies, but, Jesus Christ is the truth of God (Joh 14:6) and the truth sets us free (Joh 8:32) so we have the victory.
In this world trouble comes into our lives, but the Word of God says, I will be with you in trouble (Psa 91:15). The Lord will be with you in the waters and in the fire and you shall not be harmed (Isa 43:2). When the trials, tests, temptations and troubles seem too much, God hides us in the secret of his tabernacle (Psa 27:5) and covers us there with his feather, his wings; his shadow (Psa 91:4; 91:1). The enemy goes around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1Pet 5:8-9) but the Word of God says, resist the devil and he will flee from you (Jam 4:7) he comes one way and flees seven ways (Deu 28:7). Hallelujah! We have the victory.
I pray we all live in victory, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
