Good Morning and Greetings brethren in Christ, I pray that we are all well, in Jesus’ name. I write to encourage and strengthen us, in Jesus’ name.

The Word of God tells us about temptation, that we will be tempted, and our faith tested. But,  we are also assured of our position in Christ. 1Corinthians 10:13 says, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it” (KJV).

There are trials, tests, sickness, attacks, loss of life, threats, financial struggles, job loss, tribulation, wickedness all around, lies, cheating, children’s behavioural problems, and marital issues, as well as other tests. Romans 8:37 encourages thus, “Nay in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us (KJV). Praises to Yahweh, our heavenly Father for being constant and faithful.

The Word of God assures us that even though we face so many troubles in this world, we are not alone or defeated. Matthew 26:41 encourages us to “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak” (KJVLite). Matthew 4:1-11, illustrates how Jesus overcame the devil’s temptation by the Word of God. In verse 10 Jesus commands the tempter saying “Get thee hence, satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve” (Matthew 4:10 KJVLite).

My prayer for us all, in Jesus’ name, by the authority of the Holy Spirit, is that we walk as conquerors over whatever circumstances we face, having knowledge that while we faithfully serve Him, God can and will make a way out of them all. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
