Prayer does not just change things, it prevents the things that now need changing, from occurring. Hallelujah! Prayer can accomplish what God can accomplish. What is not possible with man is possible, completely possible with God. There is nothing too hard for God to accomplish. God is the God of all flesh. He is the strong Creator, (Elohim) Gen 1:1-2. God most high, (EL Eliyon) Psalm 78:56. God Almighty, (EL Shaddai) Gen 17:1. The Lord will provide (Jehovah Jireh) Gen22:8. The Lord our Healer, (Jehova Rapha), Exod 15:23-26. The Lord our shepherd. (Jehova-Raah) Ps 23:1.

God’s names are consistent with who He is. He is God. His work in the earth testify of His nature as God. Isa 55:8-9 says “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts” (KJVLite).

The Word of God, His names and works in the earth help us to understand why we must ask in prayer. Our Father God, knows all things in heaven and in earth. I pray that we’ll hide the Word in our hearts and live a life in keeping with it. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
