2 Corinthians 1:3-4
There are times in our lives when comfort is more precious than gold, in times such as bereavement, grief, pain, sickness, brokenness, heartbreak, and disappointment. Times when it seems nothing will take the pain away, in fact times so painful that we may not be comforted. When Jesus was on earth he knew that comfort was necessary and important to the believer and unbeliever alike and so as he was about to go, Jesus said, I must go to my father so that He will send the comforter to be with you.

This I pray for everone facing difficult times that the God of comfort be with you. This scripture I dedicate to all who need comforting right now. 2 Cor 1:3-4, says, “Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” I pray the prophetic words of Jesus “I will not leave you comfortless” (Jn 14:18) May these words bring you great comfort and peace of mind. I pray the joy of the Lord be your strength, to uphold you in your times of grief. In Jesus’ mighty victorious name. Amen.

What an awesome God we serve. He cares for every tiny sparrow but by His divine providence, He cares so much more for you (Matt 10:29, Luk 12:6).
