The centurion recognised that the only solution to his problem was Jesus. He did not think of himself as being worthy because to him the Word of God was most important, his servant was sick and he did not want to lose him to sickness. So he aproached Jesus in faith believing in God’s Word; speak the Word only he said to Jesus and my servant shall be healed. Jesus Christ the Word of God is the solution to every disturbance, to every ill, to trials and tribulations. Let us keep our eyes on Jesus the Word only, for Jesus is our help. If we believe our help comes from the Lord, we must trust in Jesus and keep our eyes on Him.

I pray in the name of Jesus, that all God’s servants will keep our eyes on Him who is the author and finisher of our faith. May every good thing that Christ has started in you come forth and bear much fruit, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
