About Us
Each morning we share prayers and or scripture based encouragements as tools to help us pray for each other. By reading scripture and praying, you can help to unite families, friends and neighbours in the love of Jesus Christ.
The following scriptures can help you to understand why we must pray: 1Thessalonians 5:17 and 1Timothy 2:1-3. There are also many other scriptures that reinforce the need for prayer.

Our Book
We have written a book of prayer in celebration of Ten Years of PrayItNow Ministries. It has been quite a journey but we now have a book! The book is entitled ‘Pray It Now – Prayers for Everyone’, which speaks of the urgency of prayer. The book is loaded with prayers for everyone, you don’t have to be a Bible reader to pray the prayers.

How we do Prayer Ministry
Each day we either write or select a prayer or encouragement previously written, to send out the following morning. We rely on the Holy Spirit for inspiration and guidance, and on technology to be synced to carry the Messages. The messages then travel out to individual inboxes via Social Media platforms, Emails, and where possible, Texts.
From time-to-time specific prayers are written and sent out to an individual in response to their particular request.
Respond to individual requests to talk about scriptures, prayers, and life issues.
By prior arrangement, we pray with individuals on the phone.
We receive prayer requests and pray over these during our daily prayers. You can make a Prayer Request Here.

Prayer, our way of life
Prayer is the key to our way of life. More people who will ask (Psa 2:8), seek and knock (Mat 7:7) are needed in the church. Holy Ghost filled women and men who will give in, give up, and surrender all to the Lord in prayer, are needed to bridge the gap. Jesus said …” that men ought always to pray, and not faint” (Luk 18:1). Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we pray that through the power of your Holy Spirit, these things shall come to pass in the body of your people.
God’s ear is always open, even to our faintest calls. God shapes the world by prayer. Prayers don’t die. The lips that uttered them may close, the heart that felt them may have ceased to beat but the prayers live before God and his heart is set on them. Prayers outlive a generation, outlive an age but ushers in the next generation. Father, we ask in Jesus’ name, that you bring the prayers of the saints to pass in this and the generation to come. Father, help us to continue to pray as your saints did before us, Amen.
